  1. Power-QWK Main Menu

  3. Select an item either by moving the pointer with the cursor keys
  4. and then pressing Enter or by pressing one of the highlighted
  5. initial letters.

  7. Power-QWK will only allow you to select the item 'Process New
  8. Mail Packets' if there is new mail waiting to be processed.
  9.  
  10. When there is new mail waiting, Power-QWK automatically positions
  11. the pointer beside this item so pressing Enter is sufficient to
  12. invoke the Power-QWK Mail Packet Processor.

  14. You may press the F1 key at ANY TIME within Power-QWK to obtain
  15. detailed context-sensitive Help on ALL aspects of the system.

  17. Large quantities of help are also available from within the
  18. Power-QWK Configuration Manager. Move the pointer on the Power-QWK
  19. Main Menu to the item 'Configure Power-QWK'. Repeated pressing of
  20. the Enter key will take you through every item in Power-QWK
  21. Configuration Manager. Whenever you see an item that looks
  22. interesting, press F1 to read the associated help file.

  24. Also, at almost any time within Power-QWK, you may press Alt/x
  25. where x is any letter of the alphabet, to cause Power-QWK to
  26. shell to DOS and execute Hot Key string x. To create such
  27. strings, press Ctrl/F1 to call up the Power-QWK Hot Key Manager.

  29. To obtain more details of the Hot Key facility, press Ctrl/F1
  30. and then, when the Hot Key Manager window appears on screen,
  31. press F1 for Help.
